Return and Refund Policy
Returns are Accepted Within 30 Days
- Products must be in their original condition with the original tags and labels attached.
- Packaging should not be damaged and must be in its original condition.
- Returned items must show no signs of use.
Please note that if the returned items do not meet these conditions, we unfortunately cannot process your return. We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we believe they have been used or damaged without our responsibility.
To initiate a return, please contact us at Support@thegentlemansbrand.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.
Track & Trace
Always ensure your package has a Track & Trace code. Lost returns will not be refunded. Returns sent by mail without a Track & Trace code are at your own risk. As the customer, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
Order Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled. Please review your order carefully before finalising your purchase.
Return Fees
- No fees if the product was damaged by the carrier or is otherwise defective.
- However, if the customer purchased the wrong product, if it doesn’t fit, or if they no longer want the item, we will charge the actual return shipping costs.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at Support@thegentlemansbrand.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 14 days.
