We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be in the same condition as received: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right as soon as possible.

The fastest way to receive the product you want is to return your original item and place a new order once the return is approved.
EU Right of Withdrawal – 14 Days
If your order was shipped within the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cancellation period (the “cooling-off” period) without needing to provide a reason. Items must meet the same return conditions listed above.
Please note: We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery, which goes beyond the standard 14-day EU right of withdrawal.
Whether you are exercising your statutory right or making use of our extended policy, all returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and include proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
